 Our lavender grosso essential oil is indicated in cases of insomnia, anxiety and stress.
 It is a powerful anti spasmodic, muscle relaxant and pain reliever, this essential oil is very useful for athletes. It fights against bacteria and microbes and cleanses the ambient air.
 Usage tips:
 Diffusion: A few drops in an electric diffuser for a few minutes to calm down and fight against stress.
 Inhalation: 2 drops on a handkerchief, breathe to tone up.
 Bath and massage: 10 drops of our lavender grosso essential oil in 10ml of vegetable oil to pour in the bath or massage against muscle contractures.
